የጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩን መሞት ከሚዲያዎች ሁሉ ቀድሞ ያረዳን የኢትዮጵያ ሳተላይት ቴሌቪዥን (ኢሳት) ነበር። በርግጥ ዶክተር ፍስሀ እሸቱ ያዋቀሩት “የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ሽግግር መንግስት” ከሁሉም በፊት ምሎ ተገዝቶ “ጠቅላዩ ተጠቅልለዋል” ብሎን ነበር። ነገር ግን ይሄ “ብሄራዊ የሽግግር መንግስት” የሚዲያ ተቋም ካለመሆኑ ጋር ተያይዞ ወሬውን ይዞ መምጣቱ እውነቱን ነው አይደለም? ከሚለው ክርክር ይልቅ እንደ ፖለቲከኛ ይሄንን ወሬ ብሎ ማውራት ተገቢ ነው አይደለም… የሚለው መነጋገሪያ ሆኖ ነበር። (ያው የኛ ሰው መነጋገር ይወድ የለ..!? ብለን እንቀጥላለን…)

Woyane Cadres are saying “Meles Zenawi is Jesus Christ”

TPLF cadres are working hard to portray Dictator Meles Zenawi as a Jesus like figure soon after his death. At Awassa University in Southern Ethiopia, Eskindir Loha, a Wolayta Woyane cadre, has been telling students that “Meles is Jesus” and students needed to workship him as such. When two students refused to accept this ridiculous assertion by Eskindir Loha, they were beaten and put in prison.
Two days later, Mulugeta Jarso, a well known Ethiopian gospel singer, who refused to accept Meles as a Jesus like figure was told to sing about Meles in his gospel songs. When Mulugeta Jarso refused, he was also beaten and put in prison in the town of Leku in Southern Ethiopia. Several people in Yirgalem, Dila, Shebedino and Alata Wondo have refused to accept Meles as Jesus and they are currently suffering because of their stand against the TPLF cadres.

የፌደራል ዓቃቤ ሕግ በመሠረተበት ሦስት ክሶች ምክንያት ነሐሴ 17 ቀን 2004 ዓ.ም. ዋስትና ተከልክሎ በማረሚያ ቤት እንዲቆይ የተደረገው የፍትሕ ጋዜጣ ዋና አዘጋጅ ተመስገን ደሳለኝ በዛሬው ዕለት ክሱ እንዲቋረጥ ተደረገ፡፡
ክሱ እንዲቋረጥ ያዘዘው ከሳሹ የፌደራል ዓቃቤ ሕግ ሲሆን፣ ለክሱ መቋረጥ በምክንያትነት ያቀረበው ተጨማሪ ምርመራ አደርጋለሁ በማለቱ መሆኑን ለማወቅ ተችሏል፡፡
ዓቃቤ ሕግ በዛሬው ዕለት ለፌደራል ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት 16ኛ የወንጀል ችሎት በጻፈው ደብዳቤ በጋዜጠኛ ተመስገን ላይ ያቀረባቸውን ክሶች ማቋረጡን አስታውቋል፡፡ በዚህ መሠረት ተመስገን በዛሬው ዕለት ከእስር እንደሚለቀቅ የተገኘው መረጃ ያመለክታል፡፡
የፍትሕ ጋዜጣ ዋና አዘጋጅ ክስ የተመሠረተበት በ2003 እና በ2004 ዓ.ም. ራሱ በዘገባቸውና በጋዜጣው ዓምደኞች በተዘገቡ አመፅ ቀስቃሽ ናቸው በተባሉ ሦስት ጽሑፎች ሳቢያ መሆኑን መዘገባችን ይታወሳል፡፡
ፍትሕ ጋዜጣ ሐምሌ 13 ቀን 2004 ዓ.ም. ከጠቅላይ ሚኒስር መለስ ዜናዊ ሕመም ጋር በተገናኘ ዘገባው ምክንያት ከታተመ በኋላ እንዳይሠራጭ በፍትሕ ሚኒስቴር መታገዱም ይታወሳል፡፡ ጋዜጣው ከዚያን ጊዜ ጀምሮ የብርሃንና ሰላም ማተሚያ ድርጅት አላትምም በማለቱ ምክንያት ሕትመቱ ተቋርጧል፡፡

የኢህአዲግ አጋር የፖለቲካ ድርጅቶች፣ የክልል መስተዳድር አካላት፣ በአምሳላቸው ተጠፍጥፈው የተሰሩ የተለያዩ የሲቪክ ማህበራት ሐላፊዎች፣ የመንግስት ሠራተኞች፣ ታዋቂ ነጋዴዎች፣ ግለሰቦችና ከመቼውም በላይ በሥርዓቱ ተጠቂ የሆኑውን

purpose of this short comment is to point out from the common sense stand point that TPLF’s flagrant disdain for its own constitution is once again in full display for everyone to see. My subliminal intention or ulterior motive, if you will, is to give a cause for thought to our constitutional lawyers and to inspire them to say more on it so that we can learn from their expertise.

I have to admit I was somewhat surprised by the emotional outpouring from Addis residents for the death of Ato Meles, particularly following the arrival of the coffin from Brussels. I am though very curious, to say the least, why the coffin arrived under the cover of darkness. Why didn’t they keep it in Brussels for a while so that it could arrive in Addis in the morning in broad day light? The TPLF enterprise is weird in death as in life.
As for the outpouring of grief from the Addis populace, there could be a few rationalizations. One is that Ato Meles has undoubtedly strong support from some section of the society who have benefited from the system
