Democratic Cchange In Ethiopia Support Organization /DCESON/ held the fourth quarter
general assembly on March 24m 2013 in Oslo, in the hall infront of the DCESON office.
Including me there were more than 80 attendants in the meeting hall.
The meeting is opend by the chairman of DCESON Mr. Dawit Mekonen first by asking

the attemdants for a one minute remembrance pray for those killed by the ethino-facist
DCESON Mr. Gizachew to present the 4th quarter final report.
Mr Gizachew briefly explain about the activities acomplished during the last 4 months
by emphasizing
1. Dr. Birhanu Negas , who is the Chairman of GINBOT 7 For Democracy,Freedom and
Justice made sudden bussiness visit to Norway and the organization with
its dedicated members prepared X-mass dinner and made meeting with the crowd.
2. DCESON executives made conference with the UDJ executives in Ethiopia and They
had accepted official letter from UDJ executives which states about UDJ will have
a representative in Norway.This is a big success for DCESON.
3. ESAT fund raising event, as known that the woyane regieme in the aftermath of
the 2005 election, closed all doors for oppositions ,freedom of exprission ,
throughing journalists and political activists, blogers, non-govenmental
organizations and so on. Due to all these reasons the diasporas in exile are
organized and extablished the Ethiopian Sattelait Television (ESAT) so that Ethiopians
and Ethiopians in exile are having up to date informations about the current situation
in Ethiopia. DCESON had made a great effort by organizing a committe for
the fund raising and collected about 309,000.00 Nkr.
Finally The chairm Mr. Dawit Mekonen give chance for the attendants to ask questions
and the attendants asked some questions about the current situation in Ethiopia ,
the ESAT fund raising money manegment , about membershipe applications and so on.

by giving thanks to the attendants.
